Southeast London-born reggae vocalist Maxi Priest returns to his spiritual home.

Showcasing a strand of reggae with a soulful, R&B influence, otherwise known as reggae fusion, Maxi has achieved worldwide success thanks to a string of hits including 'Close To You' and 'Wild World'.

With a career spanning over 30 years, Maxi has worked with the greats of the reggae and dub world, from Sly & Robbie and Shabba Ranks, to Jazzie B and Shaggy. A reggae icon plus a British pop heavyweight, he's achieved stardom both at home and abroad.

Join us for a rare chance to catch a world star in the intimate surroundings of the Jazz Cafe.
