Glam Rock was born out of the ashes of the 60s hippy and flower power scene with leading figures like Marc Bolan and David Bowie showing the way. These were closely followed by the likes of The Sweet, Roxy Music, Suzi Quatro, Alvin Stardust, Mott the Hoople plus many more bands and “one off” hits. 

 

It is from this background of influences that Glam45 have emerged from, they are the most authentic 70's glam rock band on the scene today, with renditions of classic 70's Glam tunes and with original 70s Glam Rock outfits and modern reproductions of classic 70s Glam Rock styles. 
 
 
Playing all the greats from the Sweet, Marc Bolan, T-Rex, David Bowie, Mott the Hoople, Roxy Music, Suzi Quatro, The Arrows, Abba, Alvin Stardust, Mud, Showaddywaddy and many more.
 
 
With a huge following up and down the country and a stage show like no other, Glam 45 are the UK’s leading tribute to the 70’s Glam Rock.
